HRGO Recruitment have a in Brackmills for a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk

The Shift is 8am – 1pm Tuesday – Saturday

(Candidates should not apply if they cannot work these hours).

The Position is Temporary transitioning to Permanent.

Salary: £26,000per yearh/r

Qualifications and Skills:

Adept IT skills with a working knowledge in Microsoft Office and advantageously.

Good communication skills both verbal and written.

Ability to work on own initiative and a willingness to work harmoniously within a small team.

A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.

Excels at operating in a fast pace environment.

Ability to look at situations from several points of view.

Excellent time management skills.

A Keen Eye For Detail

Ability to work in a safe manner personally and with others.

Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment.

Detailed Responsibilities:

To play an individual role in providing a harmonious team environment that ensures an excellent service to clients.

Logging in and sorting of incoming onto computer systems.

To remain up to date with technical knowledge and to take advantage of training and development provided within the scope of the role. To maintain a personal CPD record.

Report anomalies following protocols to the Manager.

Ensure personal compliance with all H&S legislation.

To alert senior staff of any hazards that arises.

Any other tasks that may be appropriate within the scope of the role.
