Japanese-Speaking Property Consultant

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Property Consultant to join the Hammersmith or Islington branch of an international estate agency brand.

• Our client is an upmarket international estate agency business with multiple offices across London, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

In return, the Property Consultant will receive the following:

• Base Salary: £25,000 – £30,000; depending on experience.
• Commissions: £20 for winning an instruction; 5% if the office lets it + 10% if you let it.
• OTE (On Target Earnings): £45,000 – £50,000

Responsibilities Include:

• Day to day property viewing conduct with Japanese customers across London by car or public transportation
• Arranging viewing appointments
• Negotiation with Landlord and Tenants for the terms of contracts including new tenancy, renewal, and deposit resolution at the end of the tenancy
• Progressing the deals including any required administration work in relation to the tenancies
• Day to day communication with local branches
• Attending check-in and check-out for Japanese tenants and providing with professional induction service
• Attending properties upon request for customer service during the tenancy
• Attending business meetings with teams, branches and customers
• Taking new instructions
• Taking some of property management tasks (arranging contractors, checking the progress, sorting out invoices, carrying out periodic property inspection etc)
• Business development for Japanese corporates market

Requirements:

• Must have your own car and a UK residency visa.
• Preferably 1yr of experience as an estate agent / sales experience in any other industry
