CNC Sliding Head Machinist
Isleworth, Greater London £32,000 – £38,000

A well respected and established leader in the manufacture of highly precision machined components for various industry sectors including Aerospace and Medical are currently looking to recruit due to company growth. Having moved into their brand-new facility in Isleworth and due to continued growth and reinvestment, there is new positions available.
Job Profile
As the successful CNC Sliding Head Machinist, you will experience working in a modern, state of the art facility and be working on a variety of interesting projects. The team of machinists are highly skilled and work closely together to achieve production targets.
Duties
• Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Citizen Sliding Heads and Lathes
• Producing components to batch sizes ranging from 1 off up to 200 off max
• Working to engineering drawings and specifications
• Work to tight deadlines and schedules
• Strict quality control to AS9100 standards
Skills and Experience
• CNC Turning or Sliding Head Programming, Setting, Operating
• Experience of Citizen sliding head machines would be an advance
• Ability read engineering drawings
• Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment
Hours & Benefits
• 40 hours per week
• Lots of overtime available paid at x1.5 hrs
