Our client is a leading provider of creative solutions covering a full range of Marketing, Design, Print and Distributions services. With their advanced print and project management solutions and a growing consultancy services, our client provides professional services for organisations large and small in both the public and private sectors. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening in Reading for an experienced design and print Sales Professional.

As a client facing Business Development Manager you will identify new business, promoting our clients’ services via leads, cold calls and site visits. You will monitor all accounts to ensure they receive a full, supportive sales service and identify growth areas, assist customers through maintaining regular contact with customers, including managing non spending accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 year’s sales experience gained selling print and/or design services or solutions into the business community. You will consider yourself to be a dynamic professional with excellent communication and presentation skills and be seeking to develop a structured sales career within a growing organisation. This role requires commitment, dedication, personality and performance and comes with full and ongoing product training.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 30k with an uncapped OTE of 42k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
