Salary: £21 – £22.8 per hour

Warehouse Operatives

Job includes:

• Machine drops products and workers pack the products into boxes.
• Moving the boxes to the pallets (the job is not very heavy here).
• Another role may involve restocking pallets from one to another.

Shift Patterns:

Shift A: Monday – Friday 6:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 (weekly rotation)

Shift B: Sunday – Thursday 22:00 – 6:00

Each shift includes 1 x 30 mins lunch break (deducted from pay)

Rates:

Am / PM / Rotation Shift – £8.72

Night Shift – £9.01

= 37.5 hours p/w

PPE:

* Yellow H-vis

* Safety boots

* White overalls and hairnet (will be provided on-site)

Induction Information:

* Induction is paid for- it is a part of their first shift

* Induction will last aprox. 4 hours

* Part 1 – workers watch a 15mins Site Rules video & have to answer 8 questions in the induction pack.

* Part 2 – site tour with the Shift Manager

* Part 3 – completing the remaining 29 pages of the induction pack – reading & writing

Important Site Information:

* All jewerlly and watches have to be removed before the start of the shift. Production workers can only wear a plain wedding band ring.

* Plain t-shirts and jumpers allowed. Hoods/ hoodies / sequins and embellishments are not permitted.

* Workers are not allowed to have polished / acrylic / gel nails.

* All staff have to follow the site Covid-19 guidelines provided in the video.

* Workers need to have a communicative English skills to be able to read / listen / speak and write in English in order to complete the initial induction process.

* For VNA and Reach in-house licences (if verified) are accepted. Drivers will be tested during their first shift.
