Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year
You’ll succeed in our Credit Control team if you have exceptional customer service skills with a convincing phone manner to be able to recover unpaid money.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all payments are made where overdue.
Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
Creating reports from a bespoke computer system.
Processing payments & creating payment plans.
Starting legal proceedings if debts are not paid within an agreed time scale.
Track missing debtors.
Must haves:
Confident, with the ability to explain financial matters clearly.
Understanding of Excel.
Credit Control experience.
You will need to be assertive, work under pressure, good numerical skills and have a tactful telephone manner.
Motivated and enthusiastic.
Team player and willing to support others.
Job Title: Credit Control Advisor
Division: Global 4 and Home Telecom looking after corporate (business to business) and residential customers (business to consumer).
Summary: Using your credit control and customer service experience you will be dealing with our customers to recover unpaid money.
Salary: Based on experience, £26,000 – £26,400.
Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm and 1 Saturday per month 10am -4pm.
