What will the role involve?

You will be responsible for receiving learners and clients to one of our Employment Related Services centres, obtaining and processing learner and client data to ensure the Right First Time process is fully embedded. You will assist with the smooth running of the centre helping to ensure all visitors have the best possible experience. You will also be involved with all internal and external administration in order to support the centre with all their current contracts.

Your application must be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience working in a customer facing or administrative environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to be proactive and work on your own initiative
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and adapt to change
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High standards of customer care and customer service
• Proven IT skills.
