Sales Support Executive – Payments

Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year

Our client, a leading global payments company are looking to recruit a Sales Support/Pre-Sales Executive.

You will be responsible for presales and technical requirement gathering. You will work closely with the commercial teams providing support where needed and interfacing with the technical delivery function.

Job Summary:

* Co-ordination and support of sales activity, including collaborating on preparation of pricing proposals

* Responding to RFPs and management of the RFP document library

* Attend conferences to promote the company and its products

* Maintains presales marketing and sales materials

* Support of the Sales CRM system and its updates for sales forecasting

* To create and maintain a demo system for prospects

* Facilitating and accurately documenting client workshops, both pre-sales and
for technology integration, and communicating with product development regarding client requirements and industry trends

Job Requirements

* 3 years relevant sales / sales support experience

* Ideally comes from a technical background in payments/financial services.

* Knowledge of Issuing, Debit, Credit and Prepaid

* Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills

This role would suit someone who has worked in a technical capacity before who is looking to develop their commercial client facing skillset. You will have a sound knowledge of payments, primarily in Issuing systems. You will be answering RFPs, so industry experience is a key requirement.

This is a permanent role Salary: £26,000 – £28,800. Home-working/London
