We are recruiting for talented sales people to join our busy construction agency in Essex.

Recruitment is primarily a sales role in which you’ll be tasked with building a client database of reputable clients and servicing their labour requirements.

• 25% Commission – OTE 55k First year

Job responsibilities of a recruiter

• Successfully drive sales and margin growth, working closely with the Directors to achieve team targets.
• Identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities
• Request, collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date client and candidate information
• Development of candidate database and generation of candidates via jobs boards, social media and word of mouth
• Ensuring high standards of service delivery to company standards at all times
