Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

A fast growing and well established M&E Building Services and Maintenance organisation are currently recruiting for a number of positions within the business, including a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer for a number of site in and around London & the South East of England.

NOW they are leading the market as a small to medium sized Building Services and Maintenance company, winning contracts with prestigious clients and providing a value added and personalised service to their contracts

They specialise in Building Services Maintenance, Mechanical and Electrical Installations, Building Energy Management Systems, Fire Detection, Access Control and CCTV

The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Duties & Responsibilities;

> Covering the South East and London, working within commercial client sites
> Carrying out PPM and Reactive Maintenance on Air Conditioning services and associated plant within the buildings
> Client facing; Excellent customer service and client facing skills essential
> Experienced in servicing, maintenance, installations and repairs for VRV, Split, VRF systems and Refrigeration
> The ability to act upon and resolve any reactive issues that may arise
> Minor installations on site and fault finding/repairs
> Good working knowledge of Electro-Mechanical plant i.e. HVAC/ Water Treatment, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Heating is desirable, but not essential

The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Qualifications must include one of the following;

> City & Guilds Level 2+ in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
> Current F-Gas 2079
