Trainee Recruitment Coordinator

Social Care Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency operating in Leicester for over 10 years, we are looking for a new member of the team to join our very busy office.
You will:

• Account manage current key clients
• Make new business calls to increase division growth
• Take control of all admin responsibilities for the office
• Proactively bring on new temporary workers for the temp desk
• adept at managing multiple priorities
• Oncall responsibility 1 week a month or as required

You may be a recent graduate or someone who brings with them relevant sales experience; Overall you will have a commercial and ambitious outlook.
