Salary: £66,000 per year
Position: Project Quantity Surveyor – Social housing refurbishment projects – North London
Package: To £55k + car/car allowance + benefits package
Location: Islington, London
Company Overview: My client is a large privately owned main contractor based in Essex. They undertake public sector contracts including affordable housing and education projects up to £25 million, both new build and refurbishment. With a turnover of £150 million and continued growth, they have contracts across London.
Position: Due to a recent internal promotion, a need has arisen for a Project QS work to as a no.2 on a social housing refurbishment framework valued at £18 million p/a.
This is a site based role in Islington working with a Senior QS.
Individual: You will ideally be qualified in quantity surveying and be looking to join a company that has a good track record of training and developing surveyors. Previous refurbishment experience on public sector projects is preferred.
