The Role of Inbound Sales Advisor
Receiving inbound calls from customers who have seen an advert on TV or via media
Order taking and making sure it has been uploaded correctly onto the system
Upselling on opportunities that arise by offering customers the opportunity to buy at an offer rate

The Successful Candidate
• Will have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English
• Will have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic to give outstanding service
• Ideally to have come from a customer service background or hospitality and retail who is perhaps looking for their first opportunity into a sales position
