Job Description

If you are an experienced Car Sales Executive or from a Sales or Customer Service experience looking to branch into the world of Automotive Sales, then this is the job for you.

My client is a long standing and reputable Dealership Group based in Kent and is now searching for a Car Sales Executive to join their team. With amazing benefits and an awesome team environment, this dealership is all about their staff and training them to provide the best service on the market.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales journey from start to finish
• Provide high levels of customer service through a multitude of platforms, including phone, email and face to face.
• Be knowledgeable of all aspects of the vehicles.
• Up sell additional accessories and add ons to maximise average order value.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Dealership environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given from day one.
• Sales and customer facing background
• Stable working background
• Presentable appearance

Salary and Benefits

• £26,000Basic Salary
• £35,000 – £40,000 OTE
• Realistic Bonus structure
• Full Manufacturer Training from Day One
• Company Car

Hours of work

• Monday 08:00 – 18:00
• Tuesday – Saturday 08:30 – 18:00
• 1 in 3 Sundays 10:00 – 16:00
• Day off in the week
