Salary: £16.8 per hour
As Service Operations Coordinator you will support Operations Centre and Field Service functions through reporting, system maintenance, service administration and project tasks across the wider business.
You will have excellent excel skills and will have the drive to learn and grow in this exciting role and the passion to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers through your work. Using your excel skills, you will produce reports and charts that are accurate and easily understandable.
Responsibilities
* Assisting the Operations Management team
* Coordination of recurrent service tasks
* Report generation and distribution
* Creation and maintenance of engineer records and device management in our ERP system
* Updating and maintaining customer records in our ERP system, Company Postcode Directory & Engineer Handbook
* Assist in the building of records for service regions and structure
* Liaising with Field Service management and other departments
* Assist with matters relating to acquisitions where they impact service operations
* Project based tasks within the wider business where they impact service operations
* Systems training, as and when required
Person Specification
* Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with clients and key internal stakeholders
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including knowledge of SQL, ODBC reporting
* Ability to run regular reports and collate data into graphical format
* Knowledge of other MS Office programmes such as Word and Powerpoint
* Basic/Intermediate Visio for the creation and maintenance of service delivery process documents
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Flexible and hard-working
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Previous experience in a service related role preferred but not essential
