Brokers Assistant

My client, a well establish nationwide company, are looking to recruit an assistant to their busy brokers team

the ideal candidate will have a background in insurance as a broker, underwriter or claims handler.

The job role would involve providing a front line service for any insurance queries or advice, while maintaining a single summary source of reference for the companies insurance portfolio.

responsibilities will include;
Challenging, clarifying and sense checking both the information
Identifying and facilitating cost savings and efficiencies in the Groups portfolio of cover
Collating information together from both brokers and clients
Recording information electronically

Candidate specifics;
High attention to detail
An accurate interpretation and application to the business of contractual insurance policy documents, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the
Ability to foster effective relationships.

Hours: 4 days Monday – Friday
3 month contract
