1st / 2nd Line Support

I’m currently seeking to speak with experienced IT Support professionals based in Birmingham to join a growing company and work alongside a busy technical support team.

In this role you will be required to solve mainly 1st line technical issues via telephone and remote support services. On occasions you will also be required to visit clients on site and perform PC – desktop / laptop / printer installations.

Responsibilities:
• Working alongside a technical support team to solve issues via telephone and remote services
• Service Desk Support
• 1st – 2nd Line Support
• PC – Desktop / Laptop installations
• Printer and other peripheral device installations
• On occasions visit clients onsite to perform installations

Experience:
• Past experience in IT Support role
• Windows Servers, VMware and Networking knowledge required
• Strong all round IT knowledge

You must:
• Have your own car & driving license
• Ideally have worked for an Outsourced IT / IT Solutions company with minimum 6 months experience
