Internal Sales Team Leader / Manager

Salary: £42,000 per year

Mercury Talent is delighted to be recruiting for an Internal Sales Manager to manage an existing team of 7 and grow to a team of 10. The current team are highly successful and achieving high levels of personal commission. The company specialise in environmental services to businesses and are in a period of sustained growth. A competitive salary of up to £42,000 plus an attractive OTE is being offered.

The ideal candidate for the internal sales manager role will have previous experience leading or managing an internal sales team. You will be able to mentor, motivate, monitor and mentor your team. You will have experience recruiting successful internal sales personnel and offer training and coaching to maximise their potential. The right candidate will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and possess exceptional interpersonal and communications skills in order to influence and drive the team forward.

Internal Sales Manager B2B main objectives.

* To recruit and implement strategy for the team

* Manage and motivate sales team to meet key performance objectives

* Run sales campaigns and work alongside marketing team

* Report to the General Manager and MD providing sales analysis

* Encourage sales team to increase sales revenue in line with company objectives

* Set KPI’s and set incentives and individual targets for to motivate your sales executives
