This Hounslow based Housing organisation are looking for a strong Floating Support Team Leader to head up it’s service in West London Area.
The service helps support adults with enduring mental health needs to live independently in the community.
The role is based in Hounslow (days split between Hounslow & Brentford)
It is a Team Manager Role. This role manages a Mental Health Floating Support and a small Young Person Accommodation Based Service (8 units)
Experience in working with Young People in particular is essential.
You will be responsible for providing supervision and support to the team leader through effective recruitment and selection, coaching and performance management as well as support to manage their team of support workers.
You will ensure effective financial administration of the services delivered, through the effective deployment of staff and budgets as well as taking on other responsibilities in the absence of the area manager.

Your Duties will include

To lead the service by ensuring its continuing relevance to service users’ needs and purchaser requirements by on-going planning, monitoring, evaluating and effective service delivery.
Ensure that all users have in place an up to date needs/risk assessment, mental health recovery star, financial vulnerability assessment and support plan
To manage the service in line with housing management law and best practice
To manage a team of Senior Recovery & Resettlement Worker, Senior Social Inclusion & Skills Development Worker, Dual Diagnosis Worker, Support Workers, Support Assistants, Pool Workers, Student Social Workers & Volunteers.
To provide regular and effective supervision to staff
To maintain relationships with external professionals and stakeholders
