We deliver high quality mandatory qualifications to Childcare sector professionals that are 95% Government funded for anyone of working age in England. The training is aimed at existing staff within nurseries who need to qualify as quickly as possible.

Due to our rapid expansion plans we have identified the need for a highly motivated telephone based sales executive to work with our network of 200 plus existing nursery and Childcare clients as well as generating new business via cold calling, social media leads, key account management, live chats, exhibition events and mailer campaigns.

You…

are well organised, lively and passionate. You are an extremely strong communicator and are able to build excellent relationships with nursery managers and owners across the country to identify and sell ongoing Apprenticeship training for their staff.

You are highly motivated and able to create and run cold calling telesales campaigns to meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis. You will present your forecasts and outcomes each week to the senior management team.

You are highly productive, a self starter and manager and an accountable sales professional. You are able to digest detailed product knowledge and communicate it in a persuasive manner to close deals and arrange training to start promptly for multiple staff within each setting.

You thrive on cold calling campaigns to generate new business and pride yourself on developing new regional wins as discussed and agreed with the senior management team to suit the organisations strategic aims.

You are social media savvy and able to work with our marketing partners to gain warm leads and enquiries to convert into new business sales. Further you will manage the live chat function of our website to ensure that leads are followed up promptly and converted into sales.

You will support the completion of periodic telephone based learner and employer telephone feedback surveys to ensure we are maintaining a high level of service whilst enhancing relationships and encouraging further sales from live client accounts to bolster your sales pipeline.

Finally you will be provided warm sales leads from National Childcare exhibitions around the country to convert into sales. Attendance at events is optional however this can be greatly beneficial.
