CNC Laser Programmer/Setter/Operator (Team Leader) ROLE – CNC LASER PROGRAMMER/SETTER/OPERATOR (TEAM LEADER)

BASED – LEICESTERSHIRE

SALARY – £26,400PER ANNUM

The UK Engineering and manufacturing Industry is continuing to lead the way and bring the economy back onto a strong financial footing. Hays Recruitment Specialise in the sourcing and supply of experienced shop floor engineers to companies across the midlands and with a new local hub in the midlands they are currently recruiting for a reputable sub-contract sheet metal company who cover all engineering disciplines. Due to the positive economic attitude our preferred partner is looking to expand and bring in experienced CNC Laser Programmer/Setter/Operator to be a hands on team leader to work in a fast paced production environment to add to their already highly skilled workforce.

* ABOUT YOU –

– Be an experienced CNC Laser Programmer, Setter and Operator
– Have experience of leading a team and mentoring others to upskill them
– Be able to interpret engineering drawings.
– Worked in a fast paced production environment where efficiency and quality is key.
– Be able to prioritise workloads, to ensure that production targets are met.
– Work with designers to ensure that end products are manufactured in the most effective way
– Be knowledgeable about and able to change the heads and complete basic maintenance.
– Experience working within the Sheet Metal Industry is essential.
