Civils Site Foreman

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

The Client

The client are a family owned Construction company who have been established for over 60 years. They are a main contractor who work in a variety of sectors including civil engineering, Building and Rail & Structures. The client built its success across the built environement and continues to build on that success in different sectors. They have a solid reputation in the industry having established long term relationships with local supply chains and a lot of there work is from repeat business.

The Role

HLP Consulting have been tasked with recruiting for a Site Foreman for there Civil engineering sector. The successful individual will be reporting into the Senior Site Manager. The client is looking for someone that has experience working on Highways.

Duties

• Ensure health and safety is adhered to onsite
• Be familiar with CDM regulations
• Give progress reports and find solutions to keep project on schedule
• Deal with subcontractors

Must haves

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS card
• Right to work in the UK
• Willing to travel

Ideal Experience

The ideal candidate would have experience working on Infrastructure projects for local governments and have full understanding of S278 works agreements.
