The Cutting Bar
Salary: £26,000 per year
Fully Employed -At least £20,000 PY
Our group of 22 ‘cutting only’ Hairdressing Salons operate a very popular Appointment and Walk in system for Ladies and Gents. Your role will be building your clientele, working within our team to enhance your reputation as an expert in cutting hair.
Our salons operate Monday to Friday 9 – 6. Saturdays are 8.30 – 5. You would have the same weekday off each week, and we try to accommodate what suits. A handful of our salons are open Sundays and in those we are able to offer working a Sunday instead of a Saturday if preferred. Part time hours are full days. We can accommodate any number of days, 1-6, as long as it includes a Saturday.
We offer our Hair Stylists
Earn at least £20,000 a year.
A guaranteed income. Fully Employed with salary plus commission.
Earn at least 40% of what you put in the till.
A Covid safe environment as per all Government regulations.
All Hair Stylists receive 10% Retail Commission.
6 weeks paid holiday per year, and pension.
Sociable hours. Never work later than 6.

Requirements
Minimum NVQ 2 or equivalent with Hairdressing Salon experience
To excel in the art of Cutting hair.
Full time preferred but not always essential
Saturdays are a must.
