An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel General Manager to take the reins of a small, top-rated seaside hotel offering quality fine dining. In the Hotel General Manager job you will be responsible for:

* overseeing day to day operations of the hotel, 30 cover restaurant and function rooms
* managing a team of 19 full and part time staff
* ensuring a high standard of customer care and quality of service
* driving new business and development of the brand
