A leading supplier of specialist of medical equipment have a new opportunity due to growth and expansion plans across Europe. They seek a Spanish speaking Internal Sales Executive to join a small reactive sales team. The company are based in a new purpose built unit off Junc 36. Of the M1.
Role of a Spanish Internal Sales Executive…
Main duties include:
* Dealing with all inbound Spanish a sales enquiries by telephone, email and post.
* Management of customer orders for the Spain customer base – including order processing, chasing delivery and dealing with any subsequent problems from customers.
* Occasional attendance of trade shows
* Liaising with warehouse as regards stock distribution
* Working as part of a team within a small business environment
* Dealing with customers on a face to face basis
* Any other duties as may reasonably be required
Skills, knowledge and other pre requisites…
* Fluent in Spanish
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate
* Knowledge of the customer order process
* Experience in sales and or marketing
* Problem solving skills and negotiation skills
* Flexible and adaptable
* Must possess excellent customer service skills
* Must be able to communicate to a high standard at all levels both in verbal and written communication
* Experience of working in a fast pace environment is desirable with the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Must be computer literate, possessing knowledge of Microsoft Office; solid Excel skills
* Must be able to work on own initiative, making decisions with the ability to problem solve
* A positive, polite and friendly disposition
