Salary: OTE £26,000 – £36,000

Our client is proud to be one of the most successful independent Estate Agency firms in the M3 / M4 corridor. Founded in 1990 by two highly regarded local Estate Agents, the company has expanded into a major property force through enthusiasm, recommendation and delivery of results.

They are currently looking for a Sales Consultant for their busy Reading office. You should be determined with a ‘can do’ approach to business. Can you quickly build relationships with new customers?

They are looking for an energetic, dynamic person with experience and a friendly customer approach to join their team.

They invest heavily in their staff and ambitious individuals have the opportunity to progress up through the company at a fast pace. You should be confident at building relationships with new clients, helping vendors to sell their property and purchasers to buy a new home.

Key Responsibilities:

Matching clients to properties by building a good understanding of the property register and understanding applicant requirements. A large part of the role involves rapport building enabling you to understand the needs of clients and provide them with regular updates of new property instructions. You will also be accompanying clients to viewings and acting upon any feedback provided. They ensure that all of their vendors are provided with a first class service, selling their property at the right price, quickly.

Essentials:

• Residential sales experience essential

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 – 3 year experience gained in an estate agency sales role.
