RETAIL STORE MANAGER, NEW STORE OPENING – UP TO £30,000 +bonus +benefits
A brand new store opening, it’s a brilliant time to join this globally people led company giving you the freedom to be completely responsible for your own store whilst providing the support to do so. This premium retailer has 30+ new stores opening in 2016 and invests heavily in its people.
Locations: Boat of Garten, Alvie, Drumuille, Kinveachy, Aviemore, Dalnavert, Granish, Inverdruie, Coylumbridge, Kincraig and Sluggan.
As a Store manager you will have a strong presence in leading, managing and motivating the team and show passion for coaching and developing. You will be commercially forward thinking, KPI focused and operationally led all whilst delivering excellent customer service in a driven but highly rewarding environment. If you have the passion for customer service, leading a team and are looking to thrive and progress while taking ownership of your store in an operational environment this is the role for you.
What you’ll need:
* Retail, hospitality, catering or leisure management experience
* Passion for giving excellent customer service
* Good communication skills and well organised
* Ability to analyse and use management information
* Commercially forward thinking
* Enthusiasm to lead and inspire those around you
