In this job you will be…
– Providing daily back-up and support from our Helpdesk and the Technical Consultant
– Supporting desktop users, server administration and the network infrastrcture within our clients’ organisation
– Resolving 1st and 2nd line user calls
– Supporting users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
– Assessing the suitability of new technology
Your training will…
Start with a 12-14 month IT apprenticeship, which consists of training in small groups and work based assessment covering: Operating systems, Server administration, Customer support, Networking and Security.
You will gain City & Guilds Level 3 qualifications in IT Systems & Principles and IT Professional Competence, as well as Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) qualifications leading to the Microsoft Certified Professional certification. This fantastic opportunity can potentially lead to you earning £30k in the IT sector.

Successful apprentices have the opportunity of a full time role of IT Support.
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programmes offer on-going development tracks.
