Operations Director – (Security Guarding + CP services)
Location: Surrey
Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 + Car/Car Allowance

A premier supplier of Security, Manned Guarding and Close Protection services is looking to appoint a commercially strong Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of business across the South East. We are seeking a candidate who has operated at a senior level within the UK Commercial security industry, ideally will be Ex-Military with some experience of the Close Protection sector.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must have prior experience of managing a portfolio of contracts within the UK manned Security sector
• Applicants should have strong people management skills and the ability to provide a dynamic and customer focused security service
• Operational management experience in the UK Manned Guarding sector working for a service provider
• Ideally be ex-Military with experience of providing Close Protection services
• Experience of managing security teams
• The ability to grow security contracts and services

The role:

You will be responsible for the management and direction of a portfolio of business which includes high profile Security and CP contracts. You will play a key role in influencing the growth and strategic direction of the business.
