The Company:

ER Recruitment are thrilled to be working with our outstanding national client. They are a growing company with a fantastic team who are looking for their next Telesales Floor Manager to manage a team of up to 16 direct reports and have the motivation and drive to achieve and exceed goals.

The successful candidate will have a background in managing a telephone-based Sales Team ideally in a B2B environment.

Role & Responsibilities of the Telesales Floor Manager:

• Recruiting, training, coaching and managing a high performing telesales team of up to 16 individuals
• Manage a team to generate appointments through a consultancy technique for field-based sales personnel
• Developing & managing the CRM system to optimise data and leads
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales figures and MI
• Regularly walk the sales floor to drive activity and performance and KPIs
• Continuously seek to improve sales performance through monitoring all leads, conversions and sales actively
• Introduce fresh incentives to motivate and drive the team.

About You as the Telesales Floor Manager:

• Proven track record of managing a telephone-based sales department
• Ability to build, manage and drive sales performance in a targeted, entrepreneurial business
• Ability to influence and liaise with all levels up to Director
• A consultative sales approach
