Salary: £48,000 – £72,000 per year
UX Designer, £40k to £60k DOE, Brighton Remote or Hybrid
Avanti Recruitment is currently working with a top software company to recruit a talented UX Designer.

We’re looking for a Product / UX Designer with a track record in designing delightful and effective web applications.
The role will be working in the Front end and design team to create best in class customer experiences.
The role includes;
- Creating user experiences for SaaS products
- Working from User Stories to create user journeys, wireframes and concepts
- Passion for usability, championing the user’s experience through customer lifecycle
- Taking a data driven approach using analytics and Usability testing
- Helping us shape the technologies we use to manage design whether that’s Figma or something else
- Review existing product flows and processes to identify and recommend opportunities for UX and UI improvement
- Design and run user research and communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
- Design and develop wireframes around functional requirements for new features
This is a lovely opportunity to lead the user experience design function in an already successful and established company.
You will join a talented team that contains great front end developers with experience of UI and graphic design and you can really add value when it comes to User Experience.
