Partnerships Manager

Salary: £57,600 – £66,000 per year

Based in the City, this international organisation are seeking an experienced Manager to head up their Partnerships function.

This unit is responsible for overseeing the relationships with external bodies who wish to engage with the organisation and its members. Partners tend to be high profile companies and therefore will have expectations of the highest levels of service and ultimately return on investment.

The Manager will work with the Partners to suggest marketing campaigns, events, and engagement opportunities and be able to “think outside the box” when assessing what can be achieved. They will also be responsible for identifying new Partners and bringing them on board having created pitches and marketing plans where needed.

There are two executives within the team, so the Manager has responsibility for guiding and developing them and there is a huge opportunity here for someone to really develop this role into something much bigger.

Candidates will have previous Partnerships/Relationship Management experience within the B2B sector. They will already have had some team management responsibilities and be ambitious and keen to put their stamp on a role which has a lot to offer.
