Ecologist

Salary: £32,400 – £44,400 per year

Working within a specialist Ecology and Landscape Architecture practice, this Ecologist will be working with a variety of clients and projects, from large multi national businesses, to smaller one off projects for homeowners. You’ll be designing strategies for, and delivering nationally significant mitigation schemes and will be confident to write Ecology chapters within EIA reports as well as other environmental reports.

My client is increasingly involved in Biodiversity Net Gain calculation work which is an interesting and increasingly important skill for Ecologists to develop. EPS Licences are always a bonus too, although they aren’t a necessity, provided your report writing is excellent and are also able to support, mentor and develop junior team members.

We are able to discuss a more senior position with appropriately qualified and experienced Ecologists, hence the salary range.
