Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this lovely two form entry primary school in Lowestoft.
The school is seeking an exceptional and entrepreneurial School Business Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team and lead the business management at this academy.
Key responsibilities of this role will include the leadership of Finance, HR, Premises, ICT, Catering and Administration.
They are seeking an individual who can demonstrate the ability to operate strategically, communicate effectively and who will share their passion for education. You will have experience in leading and motivating teams and a strong understanding of business.
You will be qualified to Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management, formerly CSBM, and a knowledge of SIMS/Integris is desirable.
On a personal note you can think both strategically and operationally and be skilled in managing systems and people. You will be part of a collaborative and highly regarded Multi Academy Trust which invests heavily in excellent CPD training.
