Manufacturing / Production Operator

We are recruiting on behalf of Nestle Waters in Buxton. This is an opportunity to work within the busy manufacturing department of the No’1 bottled water company in the world

We are looking for high calibre, self-motivated and committed individuals to join this fast-paced production team where long term work is available, giving the opportunity to progress to a permanent role for those that demonstrate the right behaviours

The current Salary: is £26,000per year for all shifts

The position currently cover the following working patterns:-

24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 364 days per year.
12 hours 4 shifts on, 2 days followed by 2 nights, 4 days off.Reporting to the Shift Manager

You will be responsible for the efficient running of production lines, reducing lost production time by keeping repairs and breakdowns to an absolute minimum.
You will need to be competent in problem solving skills in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
The successful applicants will be able to monitor and operate equipment, identifying and responding to faults as they occur.
You will have a logical approach to your duties and be process/mechanically minded.
You will need a hands-on and practical approach to your work, along with a great can-do attitude.
