RSPB Charity Fundraiser

Are you a people person?

Do you care about the world we live in and future generations?

Do you want to help Give Nature a Home?

RSPB Fundraising Direct, the RSPB’s very own fundraising organisation, was set up in 2009 and we have been going from strength to strength ever since. We employ a large team of dedicated professionals who are proud to work for one of Europe’s largest nature conservation charities.

We visit pre-booked venues such as shopping centres, supermarkets, outdoor events and pet stores, to engage with the public about the charity’s work and encourage people to join over 1 million others as members of the RSPB.

You will take your very own information stand, personalised as you wish, to demonstrate the work we do and how people can give nature a home themselves.

We can offer a competitive package including:
– starting salary of £26,000 with achievable OTE of £32,000 plus on meeting KPI’s
– 28 days paid holiday
– Industry leading in-house training
– A supportive team environment
– Excellent opportunities for career progression

What we are looking for?

We are looking for long term, committed permanent staff. Many of our employees come to us from face to face fundraising, sales or customer facing roles, attracted by the salary and career progression opportunities. Others have a passion for conservation and wildlife and have the drive to be successful fundraisers who contribute to the vital work of the RSPB.

Whatever your background: if you have a passion for wildlife, confidence, a positive attitude and love meeting new people, then we want to hear from you!

Must be driver and have own car.
