Salary: £36,000 – £60,000 per year
We are working with an established firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in South Wiltshire who are active across Central Southern England. They require an Agency Surveyor to join their award winning commercial property team.
They undertake sales, lettings and acquisitions for a wide range of private, corporate and institutional clients.
You will be dealing with Industrial, Office and Retail property, Development land and Investments. You will be involved in all aspects of marketing including inspections, appraisals, negotiations and reporting to clients.
We will consider applicants with 1-5 years PQE, or a non qualified agent with experience, or a graduate surveyor.
Competitive salary package including commission, car and pension.
