A Building Services contractor are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their as they are looking to expand the Mechanical side of the business. Due to an increase in workload this company is looking for an individual to strengthen their team on a variety of projects.

The first project you will be on is an Education project in the east Midlands which is valued at £7M M&E

Duties and Responsibilities:

This Position is for someone who has experience within Mechanical Project Manager

• Design & build and pre-designed projects worth up to £3M mechanical value
• Procure materials and oversee the labour and specialised sub-contractors throughout each project
• Get involved with pre-construction duties
• Attend and professionally contribute to all project progress meetings
• Manage financial aspects

Requirements:

• You will previously have worked in the Construction industry as Mechanical Project manager, Mechanical Contract Manager, Mechanical Project Engineer
• ideally you would be qualified to ONC/HNC/HND in Building services
• Being able to run multiple jobs at once
• Being able to estimate projects using Software packages or spreadsheet
