Commercial Manager Social Housing Contracting

Our client is a leading national social housing repair and maintenance contractor with multiple offices across the UK.
Due to a staff member pursuing pastures new in the employment field, they have an important role coming up at the beginning of September for an industry specific Commercial Manager (QS/Quatity Surveyor background).
This role is to work in Peterborough on a contract that turns-over some £17 million of responsive repairs/ voids/ Gas repairs and Decent Homes refurbishments.
To be considered, anyone applying MUST have at least 3 years experience working for a social housing contractor (example Kier, Lovell, Keepmoat, Willmott Dixon, Rydon, Ian Williams etc) in the capacity of a Commercial Manager (Senior QS). This position will report directly to the Branch Manager.
