Bonded Warehouse & Shipping Administrator

Mon – Friday 37.5 hours per week
8.30 – 5.00 pm

Temp (potentially Perm role)
£13.44 per hour

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Our client is a global sports manufacturer, they have a large distribution site in St Ives and need some one to cover in the Shipping Area.

You will be required to:-

Control documentation relating to the SASP CFSP bonded warehouse. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Prepare and submit customs declarations to UK HMRC for the smooth running and accurate recording of goods entering and leaving a bonded warehouse.
Responsible for generating accounting journal entries for Duty & VAT payable and accruals on a monthly basis.
Incoming goods auditing, checking the accuracy of the goods that are received against the invoiced amount and declared amount.
Ship ad-hoc Fast parcel carrier shipments world wide
Produce correct export documentation to satisfy Customs & Excise and transportation companies requirements.
Manage the export document for shipments that require distribution
Assist with other duties and support colleagues within the Supply Chain department as needed.

You must have experience within an Import Export environment. Preference for knowledge of operating a bond or ERTS facility. Experience of documentation in accordance with regulations for EU, US and other destinations.

Education: 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths
