The ideal candidate would be/ have:
* CACHE Level 3
* Degree’ such as BA Hons: Teaching support relevant
* 6-12 months experience within a primary School
* Confident in providing support to pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Working alongside the classroom teacher in order to plan and prepare for lessons
* Good Time Management
* A hard-working and reliable attitude
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Good references to be provided from previous school employers
