CSCS Welfare Labourer

Salary: £26,000 per year

The construction team at Fairmead are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a few CSCS Construction Welfare Labourer for an immediate start on a large commercial construction project based in North Weald, Essex.

This is an ongoing CSCS Welfare labourer position, with the opportunity to move onto other projects in the area once finished. This project is initially 2 days a week, Tuesday and Thursday running up until Christmas. In the new year this will move into a full time role.

Candidate would ideally have own transport as may need to go between 2 local sites

· General site tidying

· Welfare Labouring / Cleaning on site

· Assisting tradesmen

· Labouring

· Assisting construction manager

The requirements of this CSCS Welfare Labourer will include.

· CSCS Card (General Labourer / General Operative)

· Experience working in construction

· 1-2 recent construction references

· Full PPE
