IT Support Admin/ Social Media Manager
Head Office & Accounts is based in Romford Essex.
Home Shopping Warehouse and distribution centre is at Maldon, Essex.
The Company also has retail presences in Dublin and New York, and 15 Shops in the UK.
The position will be based in Essex and rotate between Romford & Maldon, with the possibility of attendance at Conventions/Shows.
The Support Admin will be responsible for maintaining, developing and improving the Company’s IT systems and helping users.. Current equipment is Microsoft Servers, and Windows OS desktops.
In essence we are looking for a Jack or Jill of IT who is prepared to take on everything that comes their way. Including, but not limited to, setting up e-mail boxes, system diagnostics, loading software, keeping track of licences, and backups, cabling, trouble shooting, recommending new equipment, software, and projects.
Then there is the Social Media Manager side.Initially under guidance, it should not be long before the right person,interacting with Social Media on behalf of Forbidden Planet, flies solo.
Salary: £26,000per yearReview after 6 months
