Due to success and expansion they now have opportunities for experienced Estate Agency Assessors to join their existing team in the West Midlands, assessing Sales and Lettings apprenticeships.
As an Estate Agency Assessor your duties will be:
• Working with learners on a one to one basis in a variety of estate agencies, both independent and national organisations.
• Using your experience of the property industry to guide learners through their qualifications, providing training to up skill the learners where necessary.
• Managing your own time to meet targets for timely and successful completions.
An ideal Estate Agency Assessor will hold the following skill and experiences:
• Passionate about training!
• Experienced in Estate Agency – both sales and lettings.
• Resident in the West Midlands and able to travel to meet your learners around the West Midlands region (a full driving license is essential).
• Smart and of professional appearance.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience, a company car, or car allowance, and mileage at HMRC rates, up to 33 days annual leave, based on length of service, Company pension scheme and Childcare vouchers.
