Full Time: Monday to Friday, 9-5.30

A Property/Block Manager to manage a local portfolio is required for Hunters’ growing property client with a variety of units across Brighton and Hove including multiple flats.

The Property Manager will be:

overseeing day to day and contracted maintenance;

dealing with flat owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form Issuing service charge and ground rent application for payments;

involved in service charge budgets;

carrying out regular site visits to ensure all buildings are in good order;

informing residents of any changes to management issues;

Ensuring Health & Safety actions are actioned in a timely manner after the audit being issued;

Preparing Section 20 notices.

Block Manager experience and skills required:

Ideally 4 + year’s property management experience essential. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Full clean driving license. Excellent communication skills and confident dealing with a range of clients. Ideally a property management qualification.
