SEN Support Worker

Salary: £26,000 – £26,520 per year

We are actively looking for an experienced SEN Support Worker who has experience working in an SEN setting who will be available for new opportunities.

Working within a mainstream primary school you will have the skills and experience to provide strong behaviour support. You will promote positivity within the learning setting and be confident in being consistent with your support methods.

To be considered you must

* Have experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant/Support Worker

* Have a Level 2 or above qualified Teaching Assistant

* Have experience in an SEN setting is ideal across a variety of learning needs

* Have Behaviour Support experience

* Provide two educational references

* Have Excellent Literacy and Numeracy skills

* Be experienced in using de-escalation techniques

* Be confident with behaviour management

* Be reliable and flexible
