Randstad Engineering is proud to be recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller/Turner Setter Operator to join an exciting company in the Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a thriving business just north of Nottingham.

The CNC Miller/Turner Setter Operator will be responsible for:

To operate CNC machines with Fanuc or Haas or Mazak control systems
To work to customer drawings and specifications un aided
To work to tight tolerances and check your own work
To work on your own initiative and understand the manufacturing processes
Report any tooling required to Supervisor
Prove out programs at the machine ensuring the highest quality is maintained at all times
Keep a clean and manageable working area
Fulfil training programs deemed necessary to allow efficient performance of duties and assist in your personal development
To take a responsible approach to health, safety and environmental risks in relation to your own job role and to control the risks or report them to management as appropriateThe ideal candidate will have:

several years experience using CNC machines
Be able to work unsupervised
Be fully trained in Fanuc controls.

This is a permanently role based in the Nottingham area, the Salary: is negotiable between £26,000and £26,000 per year dependant on experience.
