Technical Coordinator

Our client, is a well respected house builder, who pride themselves on both customer care and build quality, is keen to expand their technical team and recruit a Technical Co-ordinator for their South West operations..
Successful applicants will have a minimum HNC coupled with good knowledge and experience of residential planning, building regulations, detailing and construction methods within house building. You will be expected to work off your own initiative and build good relationships with other team members.

You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating all technical information relating to site from inception to completion. This will include; Co-ordinate, check and process architectural and engineering drawings, manage external consultants, ensure enquiries/applications go to statutory service companies and local authorities, prepare and monitor technical specifications and ensure the necessary information is at hand for a smooth hand over and completion.

Suitable applicants for this role will have good working knowledge of current UK building regulations and legislation effecting technical and design issues of new build homes.
