Warehouse Operative

Salary: £26,000 per year

Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Warehouse PI stock control and systems for our client based in Magor! IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE.

Duties:

• Checking stock levels regularly, counting different areas on a daily basis.
• Completing the required paperwork when counting stock.
• Inputting and updating of stock count information into warehousing system on computer.
• Investigating any variances found during stock counts, checking stock booked in, booked out to.
• Prep/production to look for any discrepancies.
• Sending daily emails to detail variances and discrepancies so these can be investigated further by the relevant managers.
• Implementing or improving processes and procedures.

Experience Needed/ About You:

• Previous experience with ‘’PI stock control’’ in a Warehouse environment would be advantageous.
• Experience of using Warehouse systems and handheld scanners.
• Able to hit the ground running in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Competent with using IT programmes.
• Team Player, Hands on approach.
• Is able, to work in a busy and demanding environment without sacrificing quality or breaching H&S Rules and Regulations.

Pay/ Salary:

• £26,000 per yearr.
• £26,000 per yearr overtime rate.

Hours & Contract Type:

• 4on 4off – 08:30 – 20:30.
• Monday to Friday – 10:00 – 18:00.
