The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

Recruitment is heavily sales focused and involves a high volume of daily calls to new and existing clients. You will be responsible for building and retaining your own client and candidate base. We expect our consultants to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from bringing onboard new clients with hiring requirements to sourcing candidates and overseeing the interview process. Candidates who have a background working as cabin crew, account manager, sales consultant in a B2B or B2C sales environment usually offer very transferable skills to our sector.

Ideal recruitment candidate:

To be a successful recruitment consultant you will be financially driven, competitive, resilient, goal oriented and have excellent communication/customer service skills. You must have the ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic with clear communication style. Recruitment is not a 9-5 job so the ability to work long hours is a necessity. Individuals must be ambitious and hungry for career progression.
